How to use
●Clean the surface of your nails and allow to dry completely before applying evenly to your nails. ●Apply once for clear color, apply twice for softer color. ●When removing, use nail polish remover to remove thoroughly.
Precautions for use
●Do not use if you have any abnormalities on your nails. ●If any abnormalities appear after use, discontinue use and we recommend consulting our company's contact information or a dermatologist. ●Do not store within reach of children, in direct sunlight, or in extremely hot or cold temperatures. ●Be careful of fire as it is flammable. ●Close the cap properly after use. ●Never use thinner or mix with other nail colors.
Shipping Policy
• Domestic Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping for orders totaling $50 or more. For orders below $50, a flat shipping fee will be applied during checkout.
• International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to domestic shipping within the United States.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Returns Policy
• Eligibility: We accept returns for unopened packages and unused products only. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. We do not accept returns for opened packages or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item .
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 to 7 business days approximately. If not approved, we will be unable to issue a refund, and customers have the option to pay the cost of shipping the items back to themself or discard the items.
