Return policy:

• Eligibility: We accept returns for unopened packages and unused products only. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. We do not accept returns for opened packages or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 to 7 business days approximately. If not approved, we will be unable to issue a refund, and customers have the option to pay the cost of shipping the items back to themself or discard the items.
